Azure Cloud Shell editor in collaboration with Visual Studio Code

Excellent news for all users who use the cloud shell editor. Microsoft announced that Azure Cloud Shell now uses Project Monaco. The Monaco code editor is an open-source code editor that is found in Visual Studio. [

The new editor brings features like syntax coloring, autocompletion, code snippets, and a file explorer to easily navigate the Cloud Shell file system. If you want to try, the shell is housed on Azure infrastructure and is free to use except that it requires having an Azure Storage account, which incurs monthly storage and data transfer costs. The Azure Storage account is needed to add persistent file storage In my opinion, although the implementation of PowerShell still in a preview is currently a very useful tool, dynamic and with great potential.
