Passed Microsoft Exam MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

Last Monday, I passed the Microsoft 365 MS-101 exam, which was the last one I needed to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. I am really happy about this; it was a lot of hard work but, it was worth it!

If you plan to take this exam, you must have advanced experience and knowledge to implement and manage the following technologies:

• Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Cloud App Security (CAS).
• Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Azure Information Protection (AIP).

How to prepare for the exam #

To prepare for the exam I have used different resources such as training portals, online courses, and reading material. Below I will show you those resources and the time I dedicated to each of them.

My Tips #

• Take your time to cover all the topics included in the exam.
• Open a Microsoft 365 trial account and try out, and research the capabilities of the different technologies. If you have the official book, do the exercises, and check your knowledge.
